Aleppo is Being Destroyed by the Silence of the World

If you do not want to remain silent, I urge you to take a few minutes out of your day to donate as I just did, as an expression of the strength of love in the face of horror, and stand with me.
If you want your voice to be heard, join me in donating a dollar or more to the Karam Foundation and the Syrian American Coalition. Karam does good work with the refugee camps in Turkey and the SAC works to raise awareness in Washington. The SAC is doing the same thing American revolutionaries like Sam Adams were doing in seeking democracy.
At this point there are those who want to make friends with Putin, who is supporting Assad, a brutal genocidal dictator. It is exactly like the support JFK's father urged before WWII to the business opportunities with the Hitler regime, at a time when Jews were being turned away on boats. America First isolationism.
It is also exactly as if France had stood aside and done nothing during the American Revolution, and if Boston and the rest of the colonial cities had been decimated into submission by door to door butchery like the kind happening in Aleppo - as if America never happened.
So stand with me, stand with Syria!
